Mental skills training is one of the most important, yet undertrained areas in today’s competitive world.  It does not matter if you are an athlete, a musician, or a salesperson.  Mental skills are often at the top of everyone’s list of necessary attributes, but often last when it comes to training priorities.  It is the goal of Soul Performance Academy to offer skills that are transferable to all aspects of life, enjoyable to train and show relatively quick results.  While there are numerous skills to choose from, we have picked the six for our Level I program that we felt would best serve the masses.  These skills really lay a foundation that can stand on their own and serve as the launching pad for continued mental skill acquisitions in the future.
