Micro Course

Mental Skills Micro Course is an introductory guided training presented via video lectures, coursework, and real-life applications. Each week, a new module will open to students, ensuring that they have time to reflect and practice the skills they are learning. The skills and topics in this series are the ones we have found to be the most beneficial in creating a solid foundation in mental performance. The average time to complete the entire course is 8-9 weeks (about 2 months). A certificate of completion is presented at the end of the course.
